GGUMBI offers 'Communication Lunch',
in which 4-6 people eat together randomly every day so that new employees can, once a month, share lunch and communicate with staff members of their own and other departments.
The company covers lunch expenses, so employees can focus on breaking down barriers between teams for smoother communication.
Cheerful Breakfast
We provide health-conscious breakfast
for singles living alone, and members who go through the
battles of childcare in the morning.
This offers a time to communicate while having a healthy
morning together and makes the day livelier.
Horizontal and organizational culture orientation
Communication is determined horizontally and we aim for a ranking system that allows work to be completed quickly through organizational collaboration.
With this in mind, we have abandoned the traditional seniority ranking system.
We reject a hierarchical organization where employees automatically get promoted based on length of service and unconditionally following those of higher rank.
We also refuse using only English name without a rank or position.
A company is not a place where performance is achieved by a single person. It is necessary to achieve maximum efficiency while sharing roles as an organization.
Therefore, we have designed a unique ranking system for GGUMBI to clarify authority and responsibility.
Ranking shows respect for leaders with capabilities appropriate for their rank.
GGUMBI defines roles and responsibilities of each rank and creates a culture in which members can grow into outstanding leaders.

Senior : For team innovation and performance, actively seeks and solves team-level tasks and issues in addition to one's own work (representative role of team leader)
